My Journey
I am Atara Malach, bestselling author of A Working Mother’s GPS: A Guide to Parenting Success for the Modern Working Mom, a psychotherapist and PCC (Professional ICF Certified Coach), practicing internationally for over 30 years.
Because successful parenting was always my focus, I founded a parenting academy at the beginning of my professional career and created life-changing online programs so that moms like you could join me and discover how parenting can actually be clear, practical…and fun!

Every program and product serves a different purpose. Depending on your personal needs and lifestyle, you can decide if you prefer self-study courses (these are totally at your own pace with no involvement from me); or you can decide if you prefer in addition to self-study programs, more of my personal input.
All programs and products empower you with important skills and insights. The additional coaching options afford you personal guidance and a customized program.
Both of my signature GPS programs are based on the method I have created which uses the three colors of the traffic light as a foundation for sharing skills which are equally as effective when used at home and in the workplace. The GPS Parenting course is the original foundation course which includes a beautifully illustrated workbook, many bonus resources as well as interviews with working moms.
The GPS Professional course is a program devoted to using the GPS skills in the workplace. All examples and resources, as well as the award-winning workbook, connect everything you know about GPS to the workplace. Most working mothers feel it’s best to invest in this program after completing the GPS parenting foundation course. You can decide what you prefer starting with!
